Readings and Talks

Each academic year, the Lannan Center brings poets and writers to Georgetown University to discuss and share their work as part of the Readings and Talks Series.

These two-part events take place Tuesday evenings at Georgetown University. Unless otherwise specified, we begin at 4:30 PM in the Lannan Center (New North 408) with an informal seminar with the guest writer(s). A formal reading follows at 7:00 PM and closes with a small reception and book-signing. The seminar, reading and reception are free of charge and open to the public. No RSVP is required, unless specified in the event announcement.
